Shipping, Tax, and Delivery Charges, please read before placing order.
Your credit card will be billed for all gifts ordered, including delivery or shipping and handling charges.  Shipping and deliver fees are not included in the gift basket pricing.  Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of order confirmation.  An email of the order total including shipping, will be sent to you.  If you would like to know the exact delivery fees before ordering please contact our office.

Local delivery fee in the Tampa Bay Area start at $10.00 Surrounding areas can be up to 15.00-20.00.  Depending on area hand delivered to, delivery charges may be higher.For out of country and Canada orders there is a $7.00 credit card processing fee.  Please contact us for exact pricing.  Please make sure that you or someone is present to accept delivery or, let us know if a neighbor can accept delivery.  A second fee will be charged for redeliveries if no one is able to accept delivery.  Orders received by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be delivered same day, orders after 2:00 pm will be delivered the next business day.

Overnight and 2 or 3 day shipping is available please call office for pricing.  Customers should not request a guaranteed delivery date unless they are well aware of the costs involved.  Always order early so that we may serve you better.

Incorrect Addresses Shipping:
If a gift is returned to us because of incorrect or insufficient address, we will attempt to contact you for a better address.  Additional UPS fees will be charged to your account, since UPS will bill us for the redelivery.  We will not refund the price of the gift or the shipping fees under such circumstances.

Sales tax applies to Florida residence as well as out of state residence who are shipping or delivering merchandise within the state of Florida. For those shipping to Florida, this tax will be applied to the balance by us at order confirmation.
